My name is Mary Bradley and I’ve been a solicitor for more than 30 years. I’ve been practicing in Portobello, Dublin 8 for more than 20 years.
I’ve dealt with property, accidents, inheritance, wills, tax, family issues, powers of attorney and workplace problems.
In recent years, my focus has been more and more on older clients and their families. Older people have the same issues as everybody else. They need help with inheritance, wills, tax, family issues, powers of attorney and accidents.
Sometimes there are issues which are more common in older people, such as failing memory or mobility. For this reason, I often meet clients in their own homes or in nursing homes or hospitals.
I am a member of Solicitors for the Elderly Ireland, an organization looking to improve the quality of legal services to older and vulnerable people and their families and carers.
